We offer complimentary standard shipping on every order, with no minimum spend. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 5-8 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Expedited options are available at checkout for those who cannot wait to step out in their new pair.

Returns and Exchanges

If your INSMIA shoes are not a perfect fit, we are happy to help. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in their original packaging.

To start a return or exchange, visit our Contact page with your order number and we will guide you through the process. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
