We want you to love your INSMIA. If something isn't right, here's how to handle it.

Return Window

We accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team:

Response time: within 2 hours, 7 days a week

Please include:

  • Your order number (e.g., #IN1234)
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason (size, fit, defect, wrong item, etc.)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including a return address (we ship from multiple warehouses depending on the product). Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original shoebox with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Items That Cannot Be Returned (Final Sale)

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance items (prices ending in .99 or marked "Final Sale")
  • Items discounted 30% or more
  • Gift cards and e-gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Worn merchandise

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or style:

  1. Return your original item following the steps above
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Allow some time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund

If you have not received your refund within a reasonable timeframe after approval, please contact us at support@insmia.com.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are evaluated case by case based on the reason for return. Our customer service team will discuss options with you when you initiate a return.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping is fully covered by us.

International Returns

We currently ship and accept returns from the United States only (48 contiguous states, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Military bases).

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement, before it has shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
