Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following destinations:

  • 48 contiguous United States
  • Hawaii, Alaska
  • U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam
  • U.S. Military / APO / FPO addresses

We do not currently ship internationally.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders $75+ within the 48 contiguous states.

Shipping Options & Rates

Two-Day and Next-Day shipping must be ordered before 1 PM ET to ship the same business day. Not available for Hawaii, Alaska, or Military addresses.

Order Processing

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days after they are placed (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day.

We do not ship on:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order:

  • In your INSMIA account
  • Via the tracking link in your shipment email
  • By contacting support@insmia.com

Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update after the shipment notification.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your billing and shipping addresses differ, your order may be subject to additional verification, which can delay shipping.

Once an order is processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you need to update an address before shipment, contact support@insmia.com immediately.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Wait 24-48 hours (delivery scans sometimes precede actual delivery)
  2. Check with neighbors and household members
  3. Contact your local USPS / UPS / FedEx office
  4. Contact us at support@insmia.com within 7 days

We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

If your package arrives damaged or with damaged contents, please contact us within 7 days with photos.

Holiday Season Shipping

During peak seasons (Black Friday / Cyber Monday / December holidays), processing and delivery times may be extended due to higher order volume. We recommend ordering early for time-sensitive gifts.

Customs & Duties

Not applicable — we currently ship to U.S. destinations only.

  • FedEx Home Delivery / 2-Day / Standard Overnight

The carrier is selected automatically based on your shipping address and the option you choose at checkout.
