Comfort Lab
The Comfort Lab is our practical guide to how we assess fit and wearability. It is not a medical claim, and construction differs from one style to another.

Start with the silhouette
A flat slide, a pointed pump and a platform boot place pressure on the foot differently. We review the toe shape, heel height, strap placement and how securely the shoe holds the foot. Check the fit notes on each product page for style-specific guidance.

Look inside the shoe
Where a style includes cushioning, lining or a shaped footbed, we call it out in the product details. Cushioning can soften the feel underfoot, but it does not make every heel feel like a flat or guarantee the same experience for every wearer.

Materials behave differently
Leather, microfiber, satin, straw and raffia vary in softness, structure and breathability. Some materials relax slightly with wear; others stay more structured. Use the material listing and care guidance on the product page when choosing.
