Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders $70+ within the 48 contiguous United States. Standard rate applies to orders under $70.

We ship to all 48 contiguous states, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Military / APO / FPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.

Most orders ship within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Most styles arrive within 3-7 business days of shipment; select styles ship from our overseas warehouse and typically arrive within 10-15 business days. An Express option ($15) is available at checkout.

You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships, via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery, in original shoebox with tags.

To start a return, email support@insmia.com with your order number. We respond promptly, 7 days a week.

We do not offer direct exchanges — return the original item and place a new order for the size or style you want.

Final-sale items (items marked Final Sale, items discounted 30% or more, gift cards, custom items) are not returnable. Damaged or defective items qualify for a full refund or replacement when reported within 7 days of delivery.
