Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more in the 48 contiguous United States. Standard shipping is $8 for orders under $60.

We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and Military / APO / FPO addresses; available services and rates are shown at checkout. We do not currently ship internationally.

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-5 business days, Monday–Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most styles arrive 3–7 business days after shipment; select styles ship from an overseas warehouse and typically arrive in 10–15 business days.

Returns

Unworn items in their original shoebox, with tags attached, may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items marked Final Sale, items discounted 30% or more through a promotion or sale price, gift cards, custom items and worn merchandise are not returnable. Goodwill discount codes issued by our support team do not affect return eligibility. Return-shipping responsibility is evaluated case by case. Damaged or defective items reported within 7 days of delivery qualify for a refund or replacement at no cost.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item, then place a new order for the size or style you want.
